Our management services came into fruition because of necessity. We have developed along with some of the service personnel a system that suits them and thats very effective and efficient. The customer will get the best benefits out of the methods that we've developed in the last few years. With the help of the customers the day to day challenges have become easier. We do Daily, Weekly surprise visists and take pictures to use for traing and to help grow and limit mistakes

Methods

Our methods have been called unorthodox, but they work very well. When we come in we zip tie all of your wires and cables so it's easier to clean underneath desks. We have cleaning methods that limits cross contamination and we also have a system called " the buddy system", which helps each team member be more successful..

Communications

Daily Communications is very important for us. It helps you know what's going on, it helps the personnel stay on track, such as cold calls on video to see what they've done and what's left.

We take our lost and found very seriously because we understand how important people's belongings are. We have developed a method that gives the customer a sense of security.

We rely on our rating system to better the quality of the personnel and to better the service to the customer. It Reflects on the Service personnel's pay rate and keeps us working to become better.
